Architecture of the future: What CASACOR 2025 presented this year
CASACOR São Paulo, held at Parque da Água Branca, demonstrates that the future of architecture is, above all, conscious. Each space poses a provocation: how can we live better without depleting the planet? The answers came in the form of renewable materials, clean energy, integration with nature, and a new aesthetic of the essential.
Natural tones, organic textures, quiet technology, and welcoming environments, all designed to encourage a more balanced life. A highlight that goes beyond beauty: it proposes a positive impact on the entire ecosystem. The concept is not limited to visual language. Sustainability emerged as a silent commitment, present in the details and invisible choices, from energy efficiency to cross-ventilation, from natural lighting to native vegetation that redefines the garden as a therapeutic space. A striking example within the exhibition is the "Garden of Discoveries," a reversible garden designed by Estúdio MUSGO, with a concrete-free structure, native plants in pots, and a system that can be completely dismantled after the event—a conscious landscape that doesn't impose, only reveals.
More than a trend, an inevitable path.
And this is the path that AG7 has been following since its inception: not as someone who follows a trend, but as someone who believes that well-being, architecture, and nature are inseparable.
At PACE, for example, the principles of sustainability and well-being translate into technical and design decisions aligned with GBC (Green Building Council) and Fitwell certifications.
The solutions adopted include the reuse of rainwater to irrigate the facade's flower boxes, the use of recycled or regional materials, the presence of gardens that help mitigate heat islands, and abundant natural light and cross-ventilation for greater thermal comfort and energy efficiency.
PACE expresses a concrete commitment to architecture that respects the environment, promotes well-being, and intelligently responds to the demands of contemporary life.
