Biohacking: the new trend in the wellness era
The term biohacking emerged to define practices that optimize the body and mind through science and technology. It's a global trend that has already gone beyond the health sector and reached the hospitality industry, transforming the world's best hotels into performance and regeneration destinations.
At Krallerhof, in the Austrian Alps, the spa includes cryotherapy and ice-water immersions that stimulate the immune system. At Six Senses Ibiza, infrared light and hyperbaric oxygen therapy are combined with meditation routines and functional nutrition. Meanwhile, RAKxa Wellness in Bangkok blends traditional Thai medicine and cutting-edge equipment in personalized longevity programs.
Incorporating environments that encourage biohacking into daily life is a privilege that goes beyond comfort; it's about transforming everyday life into a system that fosters focus, energy, and well-being. AG7 brings this philosophy to its developments, creating spaces that enhance the potential of both body and mind.
At PACE, a true wellness ecosystem is being built, focused on bringing performance, balance, and vitality to the daily lives of residents. The project was developed based on client research and sports consulting by Roy Siqueira. The gyms were positioned at elevated heights and oriented towards the sunrise, encouraging morning workouts. The pool features two semi-Olympic lanes and a muscle recovery area integrated with the spa, while the mindfulness, yoga, sound healing, and halotherapy rooms complement the journey of regeneration and focus.
The bedding also reflects this attention to well-being: slippers, bathrobes, chilled towels with essential oils, water dispensers, and fresh fruit readily available make the routine more fluid and functional.
