Manu (Manoella Buffara) The most recognizable face of Paraná's gastronomy, Manoella is the owner of Manu, considered one of the country’s most inventive restaurants due to its unique and creative dishes. The menu is constantly changing, reflecting the owner’s evolution and creativity. The restaurant offers a tasting menu, priced around R$ 600. Located in Curitiba, Manu is part of the Latin American version of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

A Casa do Porco (Janaína Torres Rueda) Born and raised in São Paulo, Janaína Torres Rueda runs, alongside Jefferson Rueda, four establishments in the region. A Casa do Porco, led by her, is considered one of the greatest restaurants in the world and the best in Brazil. In 2023, Janaína was awarded the Latin America's Best Female Chef title by the Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants.
