Designed by architect Gabriela Casagrande, the location is a showroom that reveals the experience of living in AGE360.The spot is already under construction at the corner of Paulo Gorski St. andIvo Monsenhor Zanlorenzi (Curitiba, Brazil). Visitors and the local community can enjoy a beverage from one of Brazil’s hippest coffee venues, The Coffee.

The concept of good living will enter a new era with a brand-new residential complex by AG7 that’s inaugurating soon.

On October 22nd, the first Wellness-certified building of Brazil will be inaugurated in Curitiba, Brazil. An exclusive area, called the AGE 360 Space will be the showroom. Designed by architect Gabriela Casagrande, the venue will showcase the standard of living in the new residential complex.

With around 185 m² of area, the venue is already under construction at the corner of Paulo Gorski St. and Ivo Monsenhor Zanlorenzi (Curitiba, Brazil). The venue has The Coffee, one of Brazil’s hippest coffee shops for the whole community of Ecoville neighborhood to enjoy.

The location has two elevators, a glass facade, and exclusive interior design that is contemporary and innovative. According to the architect, the idea was to create a symbiosis between the building and nature. “The essence of AGE360 will be felt by the visitors: You will feel the connection between nature and technology in the materials used and the design of the location — a feeling of wellness”.

To create this atmosphere, the AGE360 Space was designed considering the possible routes visitors would take inside, but while still maintaining flexibility.

In the scale model area, a stair allows the visitor to see the tallest models with ease. The scale model reaches a height of up to 2,4 meters and allows the visitor to immerse themselves as if they were “inside” the actual building.

Vegetation and natural materials mingle in the venue, such as on the stairs and the padding. Both are of natural, American Oak which provides a feeling of wellness and hospitality — precisely what the new residents of AGE360 will feel.

The venue has lounge sofas, a gourmet space, and even a mini organic garden which creates a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

The mezzanine has a lounge and a gallery that showcases the unique benefits of AGE360, a glimpse into the future for new residents and their families.

The AGE360 Space will also host exclusive events for clients of AG7 Realty.
