PACE is the full embodiment of well-being, where the resident is at the center and nature surrounds them, is their environment. A project with more than 160 meters in height and 44 floors in a prime location. Large balconies covered in greenery materialize an urban forest in the middle of the city, establishing an irreplicable connection with Barigui Park.
The structure of the project was designed and built in the form of fragmented and overlapping blocks, each with its own unique language, dictating rhythms and offering housing solutions for all stages of life of the most demanding clients. PACE offers standard apartments with two to four suites and duplexes, and penthouses with three to five suites.
Location
Curitiba is constantly evolving, and AG7 is immensely proud to be an active participant in this transformation. The new Ecoville, a west side neighborhood, is a perfect example of this. Revitalized and still with exponential growth potential, the region offers a variety of services, schools, commerce and gastronomy, as well as lush green areas and the presence of Barigui Park.

A planned neighborhood, with a commercial, leisure and service structure like few others in the city. In addition, it is currently the region with the greatest growth potential.

Exclusivity
Formed by three overlapping blocks, each with a unique proposal, developed to serve residents at all times of their lives. The names of the blocks were inspired by yoga positions, thus following the idea of well-being that involves and permeates this and all AG7 projects.

In Sanskrit, “Posture”. What sustains balance. It is the beginning, the base. Of everything.

PACE was conceived and planned as a place that perfectly combines nature and design. <br/><br/>The architecture and interiors are designed by ARCHITECTS OFFICE SP, an architecture firm with Greg Bousquet leading a multidisciplinary team that has developed projects in Brazil and abroad for over two decades and has a trajectory marked by awards and products recognized all over the world. As a local partner, Realiza Arquitetura contributes with its incredible trajectory and experience of over 25 years in the Curitiba market.
